Important: RV Tech List is a platform that facilitates connections between RV owners and technicians. We do not provide repair services directly, nor do we employ the technicians listed in our directory.

User Responsibilities

All Users

When using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

RV Owners/Customers

As an RV owner using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your repair needs and location
• Communicate respectfully with technicians
• Honor appointments and commitments made with technicians
• Pay technicians directly for services rendered
• Provide honest and fair reviews based on actual experiences
• Report any issues or disputes promptly

Technicians

As a technician listed on our Platform, you agree to:

• Maintain current and accurate profile information
• Possess all required licenses, certifications, and insurance
• Provide professional and quality services
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Honor quoted prices and service commitments
• Comply with all applicable business and safety regulations
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Platform for any of the following purposes:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
• Collecting user information without consent
• Interfering with the Platform's operation or security

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with notice

Service Payments

Important: All payments for repair services are made directly between RV owners and technicians. RV Tech List does not process, collect, or handle payments for repair services.

We are not responsible for payment disputes between users and technicians. Such disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Disclaimers

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Technician Services

RV Tech List is not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided by technicians
• The accuracy of technician profiles, certifications, or qualifications
• Disputes between users and technicians
• Damages resulting from technician services
• Technician availability or response times
• Pricing or payment disputes

Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Users should verify information independently before making decisions based on Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Tech List and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Property damage or personal injury
• Business interruption or downtime
• Third-party claims or actions

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Termination
